Today, Sunday, 18 October 2026, a religious ceremony was held at the Drenovec neighbourhood mosque to mark the completion of a full reading of the Noble Qur’an (hatme) by the students attending religious classes at the mosque, taught by its imam, Luftim ef. Deari.

Alongside the congregation, the ceremony was attended by the secretary of the Muftiny of Tetova, Semir ef. Fazliji, accompanied by colleagues, members of the Muftiny, guests and others.

In his address, secretary Semir ef. Fazliji greeted those present on behalf of the Mufti of Tetova, Dr. Hfz. Selver ef. Xhemaili. He emphasised that teaching and educating children is the greatest legacy parents can leave them, and that this follows the Prophetic Sunnah.

The programme was moderated by the Muftiny’s education officer, Mahmud ef. Emini, while the hatme supplication was recited by Prof. Dr. Bekim Sulejmani.

At the end of the programme, Luftim ef. Deari received a certificate of appreciation for his work, and diplomas were presented to the students who had completed their reading of the Noble Qur’an.

May God grant the students continued success, and may He reward their teacher with His blessings!
